Professional Qualifications and Background
Caroline Parsons is joint Head of Residential Property. She qualified in 2000 after taking her degree at Southampton Solent University and the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Guildford.
Caroline joined Whitehead Vizard LLP on qualification and became a partner in 2003. Whitehead Vizard merged with Sampson Coward in 2020.

Experience
Caroline is experienced in all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages. Her strong relationship with other professionals in the conveyancing process such as estate agents, surveyors and mortgage brokers helps to ensure the whole process is as smooth as possible.
In addition to her conveyancing practice Caroline is responsible for compliance within the firm and is the firm’s Compliance Officer for Legal Practice.
